Warranty covers only the replacement of a hardware part.

If we do not replace a part, you will be charged for the service repair. You will need to provide proof of purchase upon request. Data recovered from a crashed hard drive is not included in the warranty.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT – Tier 1 = $140

ON SITE VISITS – $155 PER HOUR Minimum charge – ONE HOUR Travel time is billed at $155 per hour. (Billed one-way)

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS – $75 PER HOUR / (in-store) $100 PER HOUR / (on-site) 1 hour minimum Software or Hardware issues

TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT – $140 PER HOUR Minimum charge

STANDARD DIAGNOSTICS, RE-INSTALL SOFTWARE & OPTIMIZE HARD DRIVE – Tier 1 This covers running diagonstic software to repair hard-drive problems such as b-tree, master directory block, leaf nodes and corrupted files. It also includes reinstalling system software and optimizing if needed.

UPGRADING SYSTEM SOFTWARE – $75 or more for system Upg $10 Apple software “up-dater” only

REPLACEMENT / ADDING PART – Tier 1 plus cost of part Floppy drives, CD/DVD ROM drives, and hard drives not covered by warranty. Does NOT include Data Recovery from old/bad Hard Drive.

 

EMERGENCY SERVICE – ADD $75 to Tier 1 or 2 We will go to work right away on your project/repair. on Tier 1 & 2 Service

DATA TRANSFER / BACK-UP – $100 Transfer of Data from one Hard drive to another Hard Drive with no problems. If problems, a Tier 1 or 2 charge will apply depending on problem. Customer is responsible for reinstalling software.

DATA RECOVERY – Minimum $200 Customer will be billed for all attempts to recover lost data reguardless of whether attempt is successful. This is in addition to Tier charge.
